Dr. Lowrance received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas in 1975. His attention to the smallest detail has allowed him to be recognized as one of South Texas's finest cosmetic dentist.
His commitment to being the best dentist possible has compelled him to undertake several years of post-graduate training at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), a preeminent post-graduate training center for dentist from all over the world. At LVI dentists are taught the latest and most advanced techniques in Cosmetic Dentistry and complex restorative techniques. Worldwide, the LVI name represents the pinnacle of dental education excellence and Dr. Lowrance is proud to be among the select few dentist in the country to have achieved the status as a LVI Fellow.
Additionally, Dr. Lowrance has advanced training in the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ/TMD) and is only one of 13 dentists in Texas who have been trained to treat TMD/TMJ with advanced Neuromuscular techniques and sophisticated computerized instrumentation. He is the only Neuromuscular trained dentist in South Texas and the Coastal Bend.
He is also trained in the diagnosis and treatment of Sleep Breathing disorders using neuromuslar techniques and appliances.
His credentials have inspired patients throughout South Texas to seek his services for smile makeovers, full mouth reconstructions and treatment of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ/TMD).
