It seem that the City of Corpus Christi and the State of Texas try their hardest to spend money on SPID so we can have a bigger eye sore than before. I am talking about the new and improved look of the frontage roads between S. Staples and Everhart. One month? Two months? It won’t last until summer. Who is going to keep the palms looking nice? What about the fixing it up after the first drunk driver takes half of it out. The City and the State together can’t keep the intersection of SPID and Everhart clean. It is just a small island with a few trees on it. How are they going to take care of a mile of new landscaping? Ideas? ?)
